Cashiers Mountain Music Festival

Come Join the Fun in Cashiers on July 2nd & 3rd!!

The Cashiers Mountain Music Festival has become one of the premier music festivals in the Southeast. The inaugural festival was honored to have such world class performing artists as The Isaacs, Sierra Hull, Lizzy Long, Little Roy Lewis along with the most famous Blugrass legend alive today, Earl Scruggs.

For the second year, the Cashiers Mountain Music Festival will enjoy the return of Lizzy Long and Little Roy Lewis as well as performing acts High Windy, Corduroy Road and Katelyn Marks, Ralph Roddenberry, and the Rye Holler Boys. Other local acts will also take the bandstand with the final show of the day featuring one of the hottest acts in bluegrass, The Steep Canyon Rangers.

The Cashiers Mountain Music Festival will once again be highlighted by a spectacular fireworks display at the event’s conclusion. In addition to the great food and beverages, this year’s festival will see the addition of a Kids Zone, a car show, and a vendor’s area where local area merchants will display and sell their wares.

The Cashiers Mountain Music Festival is a family and community oriented event sponsored by the Cashiers Area Chamber of Commerce for the benefit of the Cashiers Preservation Foundation. The foundation is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to music education for local area youth. Proceeds from the festival will flow directly to the foundation which focuses on music education for our local area youth.

Make your plans now for attending this fantastic event on July 2nd and 3rd, 2010. The month of July highlights the unbeatable climate of Cashiers, North Carolina where our average high temperature in the summer is just 78 degrees!

Ticket price for adults is $20.00 in advance, $25.00 the day of the show. Children 12 and under are admitted free. The last day for online purchases is July 1, 2010. Ticket price includes admission to both days’ events.
